a new mom that need some tips

Hi I'm a new mom to a beautiful boy dark gray chinchilla named Taters and I'm still learning about them. I read a book about chins that I got from Petco but there was still some stuff I was wondering. Like when I fully clean out his cage, washing it and all, is there an antibacterial soap out there that is chin safe that I can use to help clean out all the urine or do I just have to use warm water? I don't want to use anything that isn't safe for my chinchin. And what else other than chew toys can I get to help keep him occupied when I'm not playing with him? He has a tube and hammock he goes in sometimes but I want a little more so he doesn't get bored and think I don't care about him. Thank you!!
