Our on-line shopping cart ties directly into the US Postal Service website and calculates shipping charges based on the weight of your order and zipcode shipping to. It is not unusual for shipping charges to exceed the cost of your order because our prices are so low. It is still less expensive than buying old stale feed from your local pet store when you average it out by price per pound. If you receive and item and would like to return it simply email us for authorization and we will be happy to refund purchase price of item(s) as long as they are in resalable condition and are returned postage paid. It is usually always less expensive to order more in a single shipment than in several smaller shipments but we are happy to send whatever the customer desires.
