I just had to email you to let you know your shipment arrived at my house....5 days after you shipped it!! It was just amazing...I don't know who was more excited...myself or my standard grey chin Timothy...I set up his "leapnledge"... and before it was screwed into place...he was on it "talking" to me ....I put one of his treat sticks up, well he bounced down to that...to further get him going, I put in one of the Critter cave chew tunnels...poor Timothy...he sure was kept busy....a little chew here....a pop up to the ledge..then back down the other side for his treat stick..he sleeps inside his tunnel...waiting for me to put my hand in so he can leap out and "scare" me. This morning when he called to me, I brought him a rose hip, he looked like he'd died and gone to heaven!! So cute to see him sitting on his ledge....crunching away with his eyes closed. He dove into his free sample of pellets, tried the grain sample....and carried...piece by piece back to his tunnel...thank you for the extra perks...I am such a satisfied customer...you will be hearing from me again. Now if I can just get him to realize the timothy hay cubes are NOT rolling toys...*L*

Next,... the items themself are fabulous!!! My chins have been going crazy over the oat mixture, and are thrilled with their extra houses, and toys. It was definitely an early chinchilla Christmas here :-)

Not only that,... but they all love the rosehips - which is kind of funny - because normally, only 2 will eat them. But,... they all go nuts for these. Only one of them (my little underweight glutton who will eat anything joyfully) has mastered the fine art of eating an entire one without dropping it,... and she sits there with the most content look on her face as she munches away happily. The second one of the others drop theirs,... they just about throw a fit for another one. I'll definitely be ordering a large quantity of them in my next order.

I was frustrated at the "super-marts" and pet stores around here for their lack of selection in supplies for chinchillas. As a "chin newbie" I only wanted the best for them. I found LoneStar on Ebay, and since have been a repeat customer. I won't even buy my alfalfa from these local sources. The chins have become rather snobby as well; in the past when I tried to mix in "mart" hay or whatever, they scratched through it to get to the fresh stuff! I honestly think they know when I get a shipment in, because they scurry to the side of their cage to see what I'm opening. Once I break out the apple branches or whatever special treats I got in the order, they go crazy and fight over who has the best treat to eat or chew on!

Your shipping is always so fast! I never have to wait more than 2 or 3 days to receive my order, and because of this, am able to order reliably whenever I know I'm running low on certain supplies. And your shipping rates are fantastic! I've done the math, and to have 10 lbs of high quality, say, pellets, shipped to my door is a much better deal than getting some who-knows-how-long-its-been-sitting-on-the-shelf feed from the local store.

I just placed my first order with you guys, and I must tell you, you have everything I need, at some super prices!! I have been looking for reasonably priced calf manna all over the web (none of the stores around here even know what I'm talking about, let alone carry it) and you have the lowest price and the lowest shipping rates too! All the other stuff I bought was priced way

I just wanted to let you know that since my first order a few months ago, I decided that you were the only people I would buy feed from for my beloved chinnies.

I orginally purchased from you since I bought my second chinchilla from a breeder who used Mazuri pellets and that's what the baby was used to. My older chin was used to the brand I bought at PetSmart. When I got the baby, I gave them both the Mazuri pellets. I decided to try ordering from you to continue to get the Mazuri pellets. Well, let me say that after my first order, I ran out because I didn't reorder in time. I gave them both some PetSmart stuff and neither one of them would touch it (even the older one, who was previously used to eating that brand). The day the order arrived, I gave them some of your Mazuri pellets and they started gobbling. I threw out the PetSmart stuff and will only give them your pellets from now on.

I immediatly opened our package sitting on the floor by his cage. He is in a cats play pen so, it goes all the way from the floor, and he came out to see what I was doing there so late in the 'evening' for him. I opened the pellets and he went nuts. He grabbed some and just started chomping. Never in the whole time I have had him (about 4 years) have I seen him just pick a pellet up, and eat it! He is very much impressed with pellets, whole grain, and I just love the dust!

Just wanted to let you know my new chin is doing great. We've decided to name him the General. And, for my other chins, I mixed the Kline pellets with the Mazuri, and guess what? They picked every Mazuri pellet, and left behind only the Klines. They loved your pellets. Thanks again for everything.

Hi Chuck . This is to let you know that my chin is enjoying your pellets.I am very pleased with the result and the supplement which I try for the first time. I did not have to take too long to wean them off the old pellets . They adapted to your pellets rather quickly and now they are eating only Mazurri pellets . Last time, my grey chin was very very skinny . When I carried him, he was weightless and very bony and had very thin fur. After having your pellets and supplement, I really can feel his weight and best of all, he is not so bony but now more fleshy and his fur is in better condition and more thick. Also, last time, I always ended up throwing away the uneaten pellets. But now , I don't need to because everyday, the dish is cleaned up ie. he eats up all of them. I am so glad about the result and at first, by reading the testimony statement of your customers through the Internet, I thought some customers were exagerating but now, I truly see the result. My chins looove your supplement. They do look delicious!

"Hi! I received the box yesterday! (Good packaging! :D) My chins were LOVING the supplement. I first let Cheeto stick his face in the bag to sample some, and when I went to take the bag away, he wouldn't take his face out of the bag!!! I had the others try it and they went nuts. For the food, their bowls were clean! And I filled them yesterday! I gave them some more of the supplement today, and Frito was being the food hog as usual. "I wanted to let you know that ordering the Mazuri pellets from you was the best thing that I could have done! I had always feared that the pellets I had been giving them prior to this were inadequate of quality as the condition of the chins left much to be desired and not all of the pellets in their dishes were being eaten on a daily basis. Since switching over to the Mazuri pellets, I've had to increase the amount of pellets that I give them each day, and from one day to the next all dishes are emptied! They appear to be healthier and are definitely more energetic! The older ones have been rejuvenated and the younger ones, who were already somewhat active, are now over-active; constantly frolicking around in their cage! Each morning they are all given the supplement. This is amusement in itself to enter their room and see six chins all with pounding paws against their cage doors begging for the supplement! As if they were having withdrawal symptoms!! Once the dishes have been placed in their cages, the clanging dims to a peaceful silence, broken only by Crunch...crunch...crunch..."!!

After what I have experienced in the past few weeks, I feel somewhat guilty for having had denied them the Mazuri pellets for all these years! For now, they can run faster than a speeding bullit...they are more powerful than a locomotive....they are able to leap tall buildings in a single bound......"Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird! "Well, the little guys certainly let me know if they do or don't like something. They scarf this food down as soon as it hits the bowl. When they hear the plink, plink, plink of the pellets their little eyes get round as quarters and they rush to the door to meet the bowl. Most of the time I haven't even gotten the bowl put down on the cage floor before they have their snout buried in it. <grin> If they don't like pellets they will literally throw it out -- pick it up in their little hands and throw it! "Well that was fast, I got the sample pack in the mail yesterday. I took it in and since it was hot from being in the mailbox the smell was pretty strong. Chi was jumping around doing her "look at me I'm so cute, so reward me dance". She gobbled it up. I thought maybe she was just hungry, since she had knocked her food dish off the side of the cage, so I tried my own test like I had seen in other messages. I held two pieces of food in my fingers side by side, one yours and another brand. She took yours, I kept switching them around and she still kept taking yours. I went to the pool and came home and tried it again. Guess what???? She still took yours even though they had cooled off and were not extra aromatic anymore. I will be mailing my order in soon."
